Following the transits is so powerful because they are a MAJOR part of how we are conditioned. However, when we understand them they become invitations instead of noise. They help us check in, stay aware, and move through each day, week, month, and quarter with more ease and intention. When we are aware of how the transits are influencing our design, we don’t have to fall into the trap of the not-self, and if we do, we will have the awareness to bring ourselves back into alignment.
