A 9-week embodied Human Design experience
There comes a point where understanding your Human Design isn’t enough.
You know your type.
You’ve heard about strategy and authority.
You might even recognize when you’re in conditioning…
…but in the moment, your body still defaults to the same patterns.
You defer.
You overthink.
You look outside of yourself for permission.
You let your mind take the lead — even when you know better.
And suddenly, you’re no longer in your design…
you’re in the conditioning.
This is where this work begins.
Down & Dirty with Deconditioning is a 9-week embodied experience designed to help you feel your way back to your design — not just understand it.
Together, we’ll move through each of the nine centers, exploring:
where you are conditioned
how that conditioning shows up in your body
and how to come back to your own inner authority in real time
A weekly focus on each center
(so you can begin to recognize your patterns clearly)
Somatic cues + body awareness practices
to help you feel the difference between alignment and conditioning
Guided contemplations + journaling
to deepen your awareness without overwhelming your mind
Support in real time
through a shared space (Telegram) where you can reflect, ask questions, and be witnessed
Connection to the transits
so you can see how collective energy is interacting with your personal design
You understand Human Design… but don’t trust yourself in the moment
You notice patterns like overthinking, people-pleasing, or second-guessing
You feel disconnected from your body or unsure how your authority actually “speaks”
You want to stop getting swept up in external energy and come back to yourself
You begin to recognize conditioning as it’s happening
You feel your authority in your body — not just conceptually
You respond to life with more clarity, trust, and groundedness
You build a real relationship with your design
